What the website collects
The public website stores first- and last-visit attribution such as campaign parameters and advertising click IDs. If you allow measurement, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and TikTok may receive page type, section views, scroll depth, visit duration, plan, price, coupon, checkout-button location, and purchase confirmation details. Purchase events include an order or checkout identifier so the same order is not counted twice.
Essential-only mode keeps analytics and advertising storage denied. You can reopen “Analytics choices” in the website footer at any time. Hosting and security providers may still process basic request logs needed to serve and protect the site.
What the desktop app does
Never Spin monitors process activity on your computer to identify sustained background CPU and memory use. Process names, command details, preferences, and recent stop history stay on the computer. They are not sent to the website analytics tools described above.
Checkout and contact information
Polar handles checkout, receipts, and customer portal access under its own privacy terms. If you contact Sun Ryse Software LLC, we receive the email address, phone details, and message information you choose to provide so we can respond.
How information is used
Website measurement is used to understand which pages and campaigns lead to checkout and confirmed purchases, diagnose abandoned visits, prevent duplicate conversion counts, and improve Never Spin. Contact information is used for support and customer communication.
What Never Spin is not
Never Spin is not malware scanning, remote monitoring, or cloud account sync. If the product later adds a feature that changes how personal information is handled, this notice will be updated before that feature is released.
