Never Spin is currently being distributed directly while the public commerce flow is being finalized. Any direct launch or beta arrangements may carry their own written terms.
Default baseline
Unless a product page, order form, or written agreement says otherwise, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Future self-serve checkout
When public checkout goes live, the product-specific pricing and refund terms shown at purchase time will control.
